\nAn applicant, licensee or other person whose application has been denied or whose license has been suspended, revoked or not renewed may request a hearing before the commission. The provisions of 2 Pa.C.S. Chs. 5 Subch. A (relating to practice and procedure of Commonwealth agencies) and 7 Subch. A (relating to judicial review of Commonwealth agency action) shall apply, unless superseded by the commission's administrative regulations.
