(a) Multi-year licenses and permits.--The commission may issue a license or permit that covers multiple years. A multi-year license or permit shall expire on December 31 of the last year for which it was issued. (b) Group licenses and permits.--The commission may issue a license or permit that covers a group of individuals who meet the criteria established by the commission. (c) Promotional discounts.--The commission may issue a license or permit for a fee that is less than the applicable fee set forth in section 2715 for marketing and promotional purposes in accordance with the guidelines established by the commission. (d) Regulations.--The commission may promulgate regulations to implement this section. (e) Penalties.--Any person violating the regulations promulgated under this section commits a summary offense of the third degree.
