(a) Procedures and requirements.--Pursuant to its powers to publish regulations under section 3304 (relating to powers and duties of council) and with the requirements of this section, the council may establish procedures and requirements for the filing, hearing and adjudication of grievances against the council of a data source. The procedures and requirements shall be published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin pursuant to law. (b) Claims and hearings.--Grievance claims of a data source shall be submitted to the council or to a third party designated by the council. The council or the designated third party shall convene a hearing, if requested, and adjudicate the grievance.
