The Emergency Medical Services COVID-19 Recovery Grant Program is established and shall be administered by the Office of the State Fire Commissioner in consultation with the Department of Health. Grants provided under the Emergency Medical Services COVID-19 Recovery Grant Program shall be used by EMS companies to provide services in response to the novel coronavirus pandemic. 2022 Amendment.
