(a) Full-time students.--Payments of tuition or loan assistance to a full-time student shall be $1,000 per academic year. (b) Part-time students.--Payments of tuition or loan assistance to a part-time student shall not exceed $500 for an academic year. (c) First come, first served.--Tuition or loan assistance shall be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
