Section 1511 - Declaration of exemption from Federal laws prohibiting slot machines

(a) Declaration.--Pursuant to the Gambling Devices Transportation Act (64 Stat. 1134, 15 U.S.C. § 1171 et seq.), the Commonwealth declares that it is exempt from section 2 of that act. (b) Legal shipments.--All shipments of gambling devices, as defined in section 1 of the Gambling Devices Transportation Act (64 Stat. 1134, 15 U.S.C. § 1171), into this Commonwealth, the registering, recording and labeling of which has been effected by the manufacturer and supplier of those devices, in accordance with sections 3 and 4 of the Gambling Devices Transportation Act (64 Stat. 1134, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1173 and 1174), shall be deemed legal shipments of gambling devices into this Commonwealth.
