Section 1902 - Severability

(a) General rule.--Except as provided in subsection (b), the provisions of this title are severable. If any provision of this title or its application to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this title which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application. (b) Limitation.--If any of the provisions of section 1201 (relating to Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board established) or 1209 (relating to slot machine license fee) or their application to any person or circumstance are held to be invalid by any court, the remaining provisions of this title and its application shall be void.
