(a) Application fees.--The following nonrefundable application fees shall accompany an application for the following licenses or permits applied for under Chapter 35 (relating to application and licensure): (1) For a manufacturer or supplier license, $50,000. (2) For a terminal operator license, $25,000. (3) For an establishment license, $1,000. (4) For a key employee or principal license, $500. (5) For any other authorization or permit authorized by this part, an amount established by the board, through regulation, which may not exceed $100. (b) Initial license and renewal fees.--The following nonrefundable fees shall be required upon issuance of an initial license and shall accompany an application for renewal for the following licenses or permits under Chapter 35: (1) For a manufacturer or supplier license, $10,000. (d) Deposit of fees.--Fees collected under this section shall be deposited into the General Fund. Cross References.
