Except as expressly provided in this chapter, nothing in this chapter shall be construed to limit or supersede the authority vested in a Commonwealth agency, including: (1) The Insurance Department, including the department's authority to regulate the business of insurance within this Commonwealth, including health insurance policies whether offered on or off the exchange. (2) The Department of Human Services, including with respect to the medical assistance program or the Children's Health Insurance Program. (3) The Department of Health. (4) The Office of Attorney General.
