Section 9507 - Not an entitlement

(a) No entitlement.--The provision of reinsurance program money or benefits accrued through the Reinsurance Fund may not constitute an entitlement derived from the Commonwealth or a claim on any other money of the Commonwealth. (b) Contingency with respect to Federal money.--Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter, the department shall have no responsibility to pay reinsurance amounts that would be payable out of Federal money if the Federal Government does not transmit sufficient money for the Reinsurance Fund to fully recompense those actions.
