The following words and phrases when used in this subchapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: 'Board.' The Pennsylvania Parole Board. 'Commission.' The Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing established in section 2151.2 (relating to commission). 'Department.' The Department of Corrections of the Commonwealth.
