Section 5925 - Testimony by married person against spouse in rebuttal

In any civil action brought against a married person, if the defendant makes defense at the trial upon any ground which attacks the character or conduct of the spouse, the spouse shall be a competent witness in rebuttal for the plaintiff. (Oct. 4, 1978, P.L.909, No.173, eff. 60 days)
