Section 5948 - Confidential communications to qualified professionals

Communications of a confidential character made by a spouse to a qualified professional as defined in 23 Pa.C.S. § 3103 (relating to definitions) shall be privileged and inadmissible in evidence in any matter under 23 Pa.C.S.
