Section 8122 - Waiver of exemption

Exemptions from attachment or execution granted by statute may not be waived by the debtor by express or implied contract before or after the commencement of the matter, the entry of judgment or otherwise. (Apr. 28, 1978, P.L.202, No.53, eff. 60 days)
