(a) General rule.--The liability of an individual shall be limited to the extent expressly provided by or pursuant to Title 15 (relating to corporations and unincorporated associations). See 15 Pa.C.S. Ch. 5 Subch. B (relating to fiduciary duty and indemnification), Ch. 17 Subch. B (relating to fiduciary duty) and Ch. 57 Subch. B (relating to fiduciary duty). (b) Certain governmental corporations.--An individual who is a director, officer or employee of a governmental corporation and who is not entitled to immunity under Chapter 85 (relating to matters affecting government units) may assert any applicable immunity under 15 Pa.C.S. Ch. 57 Subch. B to the same extent as if the governmental corporation were a nonprofit corporation which had elected the maximum immunity available under such subchapter.
