(a) Authority.--The commission may limit, suspend, revoke or refuse to renew a registration of an individual registered under section 3506(a) (relating to certificate of registration; issuance or denial; renewal) for conduct which would have justified refusal to issue a certificate of registration under section 3506(b). (b) Suspension or revocation.--The commission may suspend or revoke the registration of an individual registered under section 3505(c) (relating to registration as athlete agent; application; requirements; reciprocal registration) or renewed under section 3506(e) for a reason for which the commission could have refused to grant or renew registration or for conduct which would justify refusal to issue a certificate of registration under section 3506(b).
