Section 3509 - Registration and renewal fees

(a) Registration fee.--An application for registration or renewal of registration shall be accompanied by a fee in the following amounts: (1) For an initial application for registration or an application for renewal of registration for an individual or sole proprietor, $200. (2) For an application for registration or an application for renewal of registration based upon a certificate of registration or licensure issued by another state for an individual or a sole proprietor, $150. (b) Fee increase.--The commission may increase the fees in subsection (a), by regulation, if the revenues raised by fees, fines and civil penalties imposed under this chapter are not sufficient to cover the costs of the commission to implement the provisions of this chapter. Any increase in fee may not exceed the amounts necessary to fund the commission to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
