Section 3517 - Civil penalty

(a) Administrative penalty.--The commission may assess an administrative penalty against an athlete agent not to exceed $50,000 for a violation of this chapter. (b) Administrative agency law.--A penalty under this section is subject to 2 Pa.C.S. Chs. 5 Subch. A (relating to practice and procedure of Commonwealth agencies) and 7 Subch. A (relating to judicial review of Commonwealth agency action).
