2024 Repeal. Chapter 37 (§§ 3701 - 3709) was added November 3, 2022, P.L.1996, No.139, and repealed July 17, 2024, P.L. , No.89, effective immediately. The subject matter is now contained in Article XX-M of the act of March 10, 1949, P.L.30, No.14, known as the Public School Code of 1949.
