(a) General rule.--The required fees, based upon the seating capacity of the premises where the program is to be presented, shall accompany each application for a permit to present a program of contests or exhibitions. The amount of the fee shall be fixed by commission regulation. (b) Foreign copromoter permit.--The fee for the issuance of a foreign copromoter's permit for each program of contests or exhibitions shall be fixed by commission regulation.
