Section 2304 - Compensation of military officers in service to the Commonwealth

The following apply: (1) The annual salary of the Adjutant General, Deputy Adjutant Generals and general officers that require Federal and State recognition for positions in the Pennsylvania National Guard and who are permanently employed by the Commonwealth shall be paid equivalent to the Federal military base pay of the officer's federally recognized rank and time of service, not to exceed 20 years.
