Section 727 - Compensation, expenses and costs

The commissioners appointed under section 725(e) (relating to adjustment of indebtedness) shall receive compensation and expenses for their services as provided by the court. The costs of the proceedings, including the compensation and expenses of the commissioners, shall be apportioned by the court between the impacted municipalities. Cross References.
