Section 1103 - Classification

The general classes of goods and services established by the United States Patent and Trademark Office in accordance with the International Classification System are to be utilized for the purpose of administering this chapter. An application for registration of a mark shall be limited to a single general class of goods or services. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as limiting the registration of a mark to one general class. (June 18, 1998, P.L.518, No.73, eff. 60 days) Special Provisions in Appendix.
