(a) General rule.--Any mark and its registration under this chapter shall be assignable with the sale of the articles or supplies on which the mark is produced and used. Assignments shall be by instruments in writing, duly executed, and may be recorded with the department. (b) Cross reference.--See 15 Pa.C.S. § 134 (relating to docketing statement).
