If a person other than a well operator renders a service or product to a well or well site, that person is liable with the well owner or operator for violations of this chapter arising out of and caused by the person's actions at the well or well site, in accordance with State law. Special Provisions in Appendix. See section 4(3)(xxiii) of Act 13 of 2012 in the appendix to this title for special provisions relating to continuation of prior law.
