Section 1752 - Board of inspectors to regulate salaries of wardens and other staff

(a) General rule.--The board of inspectors in any county where such board exists shall, from time to time, fix and change the salaries and compensation of the deputy wardens, corrections officers and other persons employed in and about the county prison. (b) Nonapplicability.--This section shall not apply to counties in which cities are coextensive with the counties.
