(a) General rule.--The commission shall by rule establish on a reasonable cost basis the fees to be charged and collected for the following services: (1) Copies of paper, testimony and records. (2) Certifying a copy of any paper, testimony or record. (3) (Repealed). (4) Filing of each securities certificate, or each application for a certificate of public convenience, registration certificate, permit or license. (b) Fees for testing.--The commission shall by rule establish on a reasonable cost basis the fees to be charged and collected from public utilities for the testing of their instruments of precision and measuring apparatus. (Dec. 20, 1982, P.L.1409, No.326, eff. 60 days; Apr. 4, 1990, P.L.104, No.22, eff. imd.) 1990 Amendment. Act 22 amended subsec. (b).
