Section 4105 - Property classification of cooperative interests

A cooperative interest shall be deemed to be a separate leasehold interest in real estate for all purposes except as is otherwise provided in section 4321(b) (relating to limited equity cooperatives). Cross References. Section 4105 is referred to in section 4321 of this title.
