Section 3201 - Receiving money and allocating or apportioning costs

(a) Receipt.--The commission may receive money from the Federal Government or an agency of the Federal Government or from any other source for the administration of this part. The commission and the Secretary of the Budget shall allocate among the departments and agencies under this part the cost of administering this part. (b) Transfer.--On the effective date of this section, the Secretary of the Budget shall, if necessary, transfer money to the Office of Administration in the amount necessary to support the transfer of duties.
