1991 Repeal. Chapter 17 (Subchapters A - L) was added December 13, 1982, P.L.1086, No.255, and repealed August 4, 1991, P.L.97, No.22, effective in 60 days. The repealed provisions are now contained in Article XXI of the act of March 4, 1971, P.L.6, No.2, known as the Tax Reform Code of 1971. SUBCHAPTER A PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS (Repealed) 1991 Repeal.
