The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: 'Eligible program.' Any of the following: (1) A project which coordinates local land use with transportation assets to enhance existing communities. (2) A project related to streetscape, lighting, sidewalk enhancement and pedestrian safety. (3) A project improving connectivity or utilization of existing transportation assets. (4) A project related to transit-oriented development, as defined in section 103 of the act of December 8, 2004 (P.L.1801, No.238), known as the Transit Revitalization Investment District Act. 'Fund.' The Multimodal Transportation Fund established in section 2102 (relating to Multimodal Transportation Fund).
