The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: 'Committee.' The Aviation Advisory Committee created by this chapter. 'Department.' The Department of Transportation of the Commonwealth. 'Secretary.' The Secretary of Transportation of the Commonwealth. 'State Transportation Commission.' The commission created in section 2011 of the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.177, No.175), known as The Administrative Code of 1929, or any successor organization.
