The department, in consultation with the Department of Agriculture, shall design a special pollinator conservation registration plate. Upon application of any person, accompanied by a fee of $38 which shall be in addition to the registration fee, the department shall issue the plate for a passenger car, motor home, trailer or truck with a registered gross weight of not more than 14,000 pounds. The Pollinator Habitat Program Fund shall receive $25 of the fee paid by the applicant for the plate. (Nov. 3, 2022, P.L.1734, No.112, eff. 120 days) 2022 Amendment. Act 112 added section 1352.2.
