Section 1582 - Definitions

As used in this subchapter and in the compact with reference to this Commonwealth: (1) 'Licensing authority' means the Department of Transportation of the Commonwealth. (2) 'Executive head' means the Governor. (3) 'Compact administrator' means the Secretary of Transportation of the Commonwealth.
