Section 1951 - Driver's license and learner's permit

(a) Driver's license.--The driver's license fee for each year or partial year shall be $5.25 plus the cost of the photograph required in section 1510(a) (relating to issuance and content of driver's license). (b) Learner's permit.--The fee for a learner's permit shall be $5. (c) Identification card.--The fee for an identification card shall be $19 plus the cost of the photograph. (d) Replacement license or card.--The fee for a replacement driver's license or identification card shall be $19 plus the cost of the photograph.
