(a) General rule.--The fee for issuance of a certificate of title shall be $50. (b) Manufacturer's or dealer's notification.--The fee for a manufacturer's or dealer's notification of acquisition of a vehicle from another manufacturer or dealer for resale pursuant to section 1113 (relating to transfer to or from manufacturer or dealer) shall be $5.
