Except as otherwise provided for in this subchapter, any pedestrian violating any provision of this subchapter is guilty of a summary offense and shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $5. (Oct. 4, 2002, P.L.845, No.123, eff. 60 days)
