Section 6107 - Designation of authorized vehicles by department

The department may designate any vehicle or group of vehicles as authorized vehicles upon a finding that the vehicle is used in the performance of public service or governmental functions. Duly authorized vehicles shall be exempted from certain provisions of this title as specified in regulations promulgated by the department. Cross References.
