Section 6127 - Dealing in nonconforming traffic-control devices

(a) General rule.--It is unlawful for any person to manufacture, sell, offer for sale or to lease for use on the highway any traffic-control device unless it has been approved and is in accordance with department rules and regulations. (b) Penalty.--Any person violating this section is guilty of a summary offense and shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500.
