(a) General rule.--Failure, refusal or neglect of any issuing authority or clerk of court to comply with any of the requirements of this subchapter is a summary offense punishable: (1) For a first offense, by a fine of $100. (2) For a subsequent offense, by a fine of not less than $200 nor more than $500. (b) Removal from office.--Conviction shall be grounds for removal from office. Suspension by Court Rule. Section 6324 was suspended by Pennsylvania Rule of Criminal Procedure No. 1101(2), adopted March 1, 2000, insofar as it is inconsistent with Rule 470.
