The department shall file all reports and records received under the provisions of this subchapter and shall maintain suitable records or facsimiles of the records. Suspension by Court Rule. Section 6325 was suspended by Pennsylvania Rule of Criminal Procedure No. 1101(2), adopted March 1, 2000, insofar as it is inconsistent with Rule 470.
