A person violating any provision of this chapter or the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder for which a specific penalty is not provided is guilty of a summary offense and shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $100. (Dec. 9, 2002, P.L.1278, No.152, eff. 6 months)
