All assistance granted under the provisions of §§ 1–26 of this title shall be deemed to be granted under, and to be subject to, the provisions of any other act that may hereafter be approved, and no recipient shall have any claim for compensation by reason of his/her assistance being in any way affected by any other act that may hereafter be approved.
