The personnel transferred to the Food Stamps Program from other government programs shall retain all rights acquired at the time of making the transfer under the personnel laws and regulations, as well as their rights, privileges, obligations and status with respect to any system or systems of pension, retirement or savings and loan funds to which they may be affiliated upon approval of this act.
