If during an inspection visit, the Department of the Family identifies any non-compliance of the provisions of this chapter, the Department shall so notify the operator, administrator or owner of the establishment, who shall correct such deficiency. In addition to any fine authorized by this chapter, the Department may impose a fine which shall not exceed five hundred dollars ($500) for each violation of the terms of this chapter.
