The revenues collected as a result of the applications submitted and filed by the service providers with the Department of the Family, as well as any fines collected for noncompliance with this chapter, shall be deposited into a special fund of the Licensing Office of the Department of the Family, which shall be used for the operations of the Licensing Office, solely for the elderly services area.
