The Secretary shall appoint a Death Review Panel composed of a multidisciplinary team to prevent, share information about, and evaluate the circumstances of the deaths of minors in Puerto Rico. The panel may share with the public the causes of the minors’ deaths and intercede for the creation of policies and programs to prevent such fatalities.
