The Department of Education, in coordination with the Department of Health, the Mental Health and Addiction Services Administration, and the Department of the Family, shall develop and implement courses for students, teachers, parents, and other persons responsible for the students; that will enable harmonious, non-violent living, based on the values of love, solidarity, and peace, compatible with the full enjoyment of human rights.
