The Department shall maintain a resource bank and information about community programs and organizations that provide services in Puerto Rico. It shall collect, publish, and distribute training materials for professionals and public awareness, and shall provide, directly or indirectly, training to the personnel of the agencies that render or intend to render support, prevention, investigation or treatment services to minors who have been victims of abuse, institutional abuse, neglect, and/or institutional neglect.
