The party adversely affected by an final order or resolution of this agency, and who has exhausted all the remedies provided by the agency, may file a petition for discretional review with the Court of Appeals within thirty (30) days, from the date on which a copy of the notification of the final order or resolution of the agency is filed with the court, as provided by §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the 'Uniform Administrative Procedures Act'.
